The staff was very friendly and helpful. They tried to accommodate for noisey neighbors (people above us) and did not recommend a change to upper floors as that was the pet floor( noisey etc). All the staff greeted us, helped with doors, and overall made us feel comfortable.

Good location; good price; GREAT FRONT DESK SERVICE! Wish I could tell you the name of the person who helped us, but she was excellent and very helpful.

It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. We just stayed one night to come to our niece's graduation in San Marcos State University. We like that it was pet friendly because we had our pet Millie. We like that it had a small kitchen. It was great for the price too. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The ladies at the front desk were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Barbara, Crystal and Brittany were the ones I mostly interacted with but they were all lovely and helpful.

Location and staff was excellent. The bed was comfortable. Room was clean. We would stay at this location again.

AMAZING STAFF AJ, CRYSTAL BARBARA ARE THE BEST AND MADE IT AN EASY PROCESS TO EXTEND OUR STAY IN THE SAME ROOM
