The staff was very friendly and helpful. They tried to accommodate for noisey neighbors (people above us) and did not recommend a change to upper floors as that was the pet floor( noisey etc). All the staff greeted us, helped with doors, and overall made us feel comfortable.

It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. We just stayed one night to come to our niece's graduation in San Marcos State University. We like that it was pet friendly because we had our pet Millie. We like that it had a small kitchen. It was great for the price too. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The ladies at the front desk were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Barbara, Crystal and Brittany were the ones I mostly interacted with but they were all lovely and helpful.

Room was clean and everything functioned properly. Enough room to set up the dog kennel and the kitchen had ample cabinet space.
